++ A surge of adrenaline shot through the steed's powerful muscles as he dodged the loops of twine thrown towards him. Calling to Mastises, they ran in unison away from the intruders. Lithe limbs carrying them forth, a stray rope brushed the mare's hind leg, leaving a small burn. Breaking her stride, she kicked at the pain, and continued her escape. Ahm Alta+ pinned his ears at the riders, setting a grueling pace in which he and Mastises were able to keep.. but the riders weren't as accustomed to.
