Ok,ok, hold on a second. My estimates are...
Venhydra: 9 or so (not including the wolf).. I am not sure how many are currently active.
Tanari: 10 or 11, there are sometimes more.. quite a few are and and off.
Although I will say.. Tanari has always had a fairly constant stream of members. Venhydra at one time dwindled down to no players at all.. so that seems to be the side more at risk of going up and down in numbers.
Also, take into account the personality of your characters.. the two governments are different. The Federation is the original government, the Alliance disagreed with the Feds and formed their own governement..
