First of all.. you should have paid more attention to what was being said in the meeting. The answer to that question was answered more than once.. you should have seen at least one of them.
Yungutac is -staying- on the planet to help out with various things.. repairs.. interrogations.. whatever he is needed for.
Don't worry about the mission.. so far you have nothing to do with this particular one.
The people chosen to go on the mission have gone to get ready. (That is: Fyre, Tunikare, Niamh and Raven)
Tsunami and Rach and anyone else -not- going is still in the meeting.

I suggest you re-read the messages to get a clearer picture of what is going on.. it should help you catch up.
