I have added a bit more on the Lost Colony History and Government. Just look at the end of the paragraph on History on the Main Page. This (hopefully) will be of intrest to those of you a bit uncertain about the roles of the Federation and Alliance, what they are 'typically' like and the history of how it got that way.
