Mr. Schnitzel,
I have two points to make:
First, IF what you claim is true that "He was always saying derogatory statements to me and my african-american friends," then you, yourself, are really no better of a person. I looked back and reread your messages and honey those comments you have made, not only to the sauceman, but more importantly to others, are far more offensive and derogatory. I am highly skeptical of the accusations being true. Being a bartender is stressful and you sometimes get putzes who order stupidly, I think that would put anyone in a crabby mood. Trust me, I have seen some of the idiots on Water Street. Put yourself in the other person's shoes before you make such stark statements. Right about now by your actions I could put you into a catagory of your own (trust me- you don't want to be there), so I am not sure if your points have much ground to stand on. I guess if you want validity to your statements you need to lead by a good example.
My second point is this message board really should be about his radio show and career. Not his job or actions as a bartender. He is going to go much further in life than serve people drinks. I am teacher and all of my part-times jobs I had prior to my career I could have cared less about, and I am sure I offended many along the way, unintentionally of course. So, if the sauceman does something with his radio career you find derogatory, then bring it up here. If not, obviously you know where to find him when, or if, he did do/does something to you outside this profession. If I were the sauceman I would laugh about all of your little messages and think you were just blowing smoke from somewhere. I know he welcomes all comments, but those that truely have any meaning are those that concern his show. So in the nicest terms, get over the offensive words or deal with it like a man face to face. I am sure you are an intelligent person and should have been able to figure this one out for yourself.
Best of luck in your "quest," although doing it this way you won't get far.
Regards- Lisa
