Subject: Wrestling has taken a downslide {Reponse to Bryant}

Guys,

Jobs been taking up alot of my days and I'm working on the card, be patient for this week. I'll be back on the even keel on the scheduled days off next week so it won't be a hassle to get the cards done.

Well to answer Bryants question and good idea to answer questions like this to get some interaction going. I'll get a new board up when I can this weekend that allows us to respond as well to make it easier. In a sense I think that when they predicted that WWF would buy out everyone it would cause drastic changes in the world of wrestling. WWE I think made a big mistake when they bought out WCW because Vince got greedy, and like the old adage goes he bought all the other kids toys for himself and now he has noone to play with. I think WWE made a very big mistake because when WCW was around they had someone to compete with, they had someone that could offer them a challenge and make them work hard to remain the best. Now they don't even have to really bother, there is noone left and that is is seriously why I think if I had a tons of money I would start my own wrestling fed and compete against WWF. In all honest there storylines are becoming a little better and I like there letting the young guys come back that's all good, copying bastards stole that from us :), but in all honesty there getting slopey. Look at the fact that Stone Cold is wrestling fewer matches and drinking more beer and it really does sicken me to a small degree that they play there champions like this. They use to do this to Hogan as well, he only wrestles here and there and all PPVs. What the hell is going on here, oh well atleast there funny and not stupid we have to admit seeing Stone Cold singing Marguerita Ville drunk was kind of funny. What happen to the Rock? The Rock makes a few movies and now he is Mr. Hollywood. What happen to the good old days of wrestling that I use to watch on TV? What happen to the days of traditional wrestling when Champions like Jerry Lawler would battle through some of the toughest mad men like The Shiek to defend his title. When wrestling meants something and wasn't a damn soap opera! I remember coming home from classes and turning on classic NWA or AWA Wrestling and it was the coolest stuff in the world. Hell, even ECW was damn cool but no Vince had to ruin that. Now were stuck watching Rob Van Dam get sloppy on flying Enzuiguiris and his failed move attempts. I have and assignment for those who want to do it, kind of like summer school. Watch The WWE Raw show or any wrestling show and see just how many sloppy flaws and errors you see report back to here and let me know what you think. Bottom line, in a nutshell Vince McMahon is driving the stake into the heart of the beast that was once Pro Wrestling and God only knows if I had 20 million I would give him a run for his money...no damn lie my friends, I think I would be able to bring tradition back to this sport and let McMahon know that he sucks. I can dream I guess, careful though because never know someone day you might just see MCW Championship Wrestling opposite WWE. :)
