Oneil held out his hand, as to say something, but didn't. Instead he sat quiet.
"Shayla, you're right. Sorry doesnt mean a thing. Just look at me Shayla."She ignored him." Damn-it Shayla, I was just.... trying to protect you."
Shayla shoved him out of the way. "By hitting me?"
"I didn't want you to get hurt."
"Then you shouldnt have hit me."
"He could have killed you."
Shayla kept walking away. Wuth wasnt giving up. "Stop walking and listen to me. I didn't want to hurt you. i was just keeping you out of trouble. Please, beleive me."
"Words are meaningless."
Wuth walked in front of Shayla and grabbed her arms. "Shayla please... stop. Listen."
She tried to look away but wuth put his fingure on her chin and moved her head. She averted her eyes. "Shayla, I know you are upset... but Im pouring my heart out to you. Come on listen. Please, freakin, listen! I really need you to listen. Stop being so damn stubborn!"
She finaly looked at him. She had tears in her eyes. "Im sorry. Just dont cry...... Please."
Kennedy was looking like an idiot, standing around, totaly clueless as to whats going on.
