 Shayla woke up on her couch with a rather disgusting taste in her mouth. It was that Something-crawled-in-my-mouth-died-and-is-now-decaying taste. The one you always get after dinking way to much. She sat up and waited for the initial head rush. She brushed her cloths down. She was still wear the things from the day before. “Looks like I never made it to my bath.” She stood up and brushed the bangs out of her eyes. She hit the power button on the TV and started searching for coffee and aspirin.
The annoying anchor man with big over moussed hair cam on the screen. “In resent news one of the major corporate building in the down town area was destroyed the other night. Both fugitives were unidentified and got away. The only footage we have of the two is behind. Rick roll the footage.” Shayla dropped the bottle of pain kills she was holding. There on the T.V. screen was an image of her and Shinto running. Of course you couldn’t see their faces but she knew damn well who it was. “SHIT!”
