"Please take the bouty off your head."
"But now I'm someone." Mirino smirks.
"That's right your someone with a wuu long sign above your head."
"But-" Hatcher abruptly cuts her off.
"What happened last night?" She looks down and cups her hands.
"I... Met someone..." She lowers her head more.
"What's his name?"
"I dunno..."
"So what'd he do? Must've done something, you aren't exactly top of your game today." His sister turns away and blushes.
"He kissed me..."
"Where's the romance story you've waited so long to be able to tell me?" She doesn't say a word. "I know you wanna tell me."
"There isn't one!" She briefly looked him in the eyes. Hatcher's mouth slides open as nothing tries so hard to escape. "He just kissed me..." Hatcher scratches his head.
"What's his name?" She doesn't answer. He blinks several times to make sure, "YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HIS NAME!? You being the biggest romance fanatic on this side of Mars, your first kiss and you don't know his name?"
"Well it was kind of an unusual situation."
"Huh?"

(About five minutes later)

A curious brother leans back in his stool proping his back against the wall. "I thought the ninja were dead."
"What are ninja?" she asks. Hatcher closes his eyes and begins to explain.

(Another ten minutes later)

Mirino looks at Hatcher with wide shiney eyes, "I now know what he does, I can live with that! I don't mind him being a ninja."
"Did I mention ninjas are basically assassins?" Her pupils shrink as she closes her eyes and crosses her arms.
"That just won't do I can't let him kill people."
"It isn't exactly the type of thing you ca-"
"I'll find him and make him apologize for that kiss, then make him court me for the next one." She smiles happily.
"I don't think he is your typ-" Mirino hugs herself while she sways back and forth. Hatcher lets out a gasp of breath where his last word should've been. "Ninja's aren't easy to find you know."
"If it's destiny, then it will be. Sharlene said that to Michael on the season finale of Reaching Stars. You see it's fate."
"I don't like fate." He replies as she turns more red.
"Fate brought him to me... I'm gonna make the best of it."
"Your forgetting two small details. One, he forced himself onto you and two, he killed two men." Mirino puts a finger on her lip.
"Oh yeah I forgot about that..." Hatcher picks up the pistol he was working on earlier slides some pieces together, then puts the gun to his head and pulls the trigger.
"Damn... I forgot to load it."
