LoL Good points and I am glad you asked because I already had answers. I always take my knowledge of terrorism, crime, and the black market and apply it to my rpg. I am a history and Tom Clancy nut.

Let me tell you how a man can make an army. Anything illegal pretty much. A crime organization such as a mafia doesn't start big they grow. Ryu has A) Taken over the Commander's Place and took on as leader to all renegade soldiers. B) Mercinaries and Bounty Hunters. They will do it for the money. Sure there are good people but even they can be bought. C) Allignments. Ryu has alligned himself with smaller and other mafias who would like to see ISSP(I think I am right.) And the Red Dragons fall. Just like there are people who like to see the Great Country of United States to fall into choas.

Now how can a man start such an upstart. Well thats easy. First its a small army but even a small army can do some serious damage. Look at Cuba. It was over thrown by a small army and so was Jamica. Once law and order is gone even people rebel and riot. They even loose inhibitions that prevented them from doing what they always desired to do so. SO people will riot and all.

Now why would Ryu want to do this. Well Mars is a capital of the solar system.(From what I am guesing from the series.) So.......there is a lot of trade and money that goes through there. If a power center of trade fell that would cause choas through out the entire solar system. It would be like cutting the source of life to people all over. Only to have ONE man to control it.

That is my conspiracy theory and I am stickin too it soooooo there.
