She wasn't even half as good as her sister was, but she'd try her best. ~Ember, where are you?~ She knew she sounded calm and in control. Just like she needed to. But she was actually dieing inside. What if Ember was hurt? What if she couldn't answer? What if...no. She wouldn't think of that. ~Ember. Answer me.~ She put a sterness into her voice she didn't feel she had, but it worked. ~I don't know. I can't see. It's really dark. Please help me Ashes!~ Her voice pleaded and pain was evident.
