 Hi all

I am fresh back from the Australian Interstates and wanting to spark up some conversation about a change in the Hand Signal for a Corner.

The change was only drawn to my attention when watching an Australian ref point to a side line throw when it was clearly meant to be the diamond above his head. Confused I queried the decision after the game to be informed its a new ICF rule. Shivers I obviously haven't been keeping up with the Jones.

So just wondering would we consider changing to be consistent with the rest of the World and if so how do we affect this change? Clearly I am unskilled in the processes of change and so turn to others for help.

Also maybe the webslave or Vish or Dean or Phil could direct me to a website that has the most up to date ICF rules? No doubt there is already a link on this website so after i push send i will check :-)
