Regional reps seeking YOUR opinions

Your regional reps are currently seeking YOUR opinions on the following 2 issues:

1.Should NZ bring its youth category inline with ICF definititions (and what everyone in the world uses)

*Players must be under 21 years of age on the first of January in the year that
they will be competing in youth grade.

Apparently:
The World Champs now runs a Youth category (to start in 2004?) and Australia intends to bring youth
teams to participate in the Trans Tasman Series next year.

Should we change our NZCPA definition to be inline with everyone else. And, if so, when? Would IR this year be appropriate (it is intended that NZ squads for 2003 Transtasman series will be initiated at IR)

2. Trans Tasman Series
Confirming dates for 2003 series: what time of year would members like to see this occur?
Options Inter Regionals, National League finals, months between IR and NL, or months after IR
