Just to put my two cents in (not that they exist anymore), there is plans to put a second hand page onto the Virtuosity website (www.virtuosity.net.nz) where people can advertise for free.

This would then leave the NZCPA to advertise just the boat/gear reviews rather than cluttering it with boats for sale. How about that?

As for boat design it is important to keep in mind when the boats were designed and what they were designed for. The Cyclone is a good allround boat and great for clubs and all weight ranges whereas the acrobat is a more competitive boat that is more demanding to paddle due to its lack of rocker. There are very few bad boats around, just many that have their own niche and followers.

I have my own ideas on boats but that is just my opinion.
