There's needle roller bearings on the outer ends and a plain bearing on the inner end of each suspension arm.
It all depends on how much play you have. Try adjusting the tops and packing it all with grease if its not too bad.

Outers are easy to change if you can get hold of some new bearings. They're not a standard size but you could ask Paul he may have some.
I've no experiance with replacing inners, and I think you need a special tool.
