The two main causes of clutch judder are the flexi tube from the chassis to the gearbox being set up wrong. there is a dimension for the curve that the tube should form - see your haynes or simular manual for the details. Mail me if you need a copy of it, but this would only happen if you'd had the gear box out.
Or if the clutch pressure plate has been done up badly and you've bent it you'd get some judder. Again, follow the advice in the manual.
