does this make me a double-rock-hard-bastard for diving headlong into a resto on a really rotten razoredge then ?? No just stoooopid huh tee hee !

Is there any 1 thing that gives you a
>clue that youre looking at a complete snotter?

Look at the fit of all the panels and make sure the sills arent welded to the floorpan edges, and make sure the heater channels are all they seem. They can look okay from inside the car but the bottom plates will rot out of sight where you cant see and there wont be much really holding the body on down the sides of the car usually. Best place to look to give an indication as to whats inside the heater channel is right by the vent in the front and right at the very back in the bottom corner (take out the heater mufflers to see this bit). Then if that lots okay then look at everything else on the car and decide......

Good luck t3s are the bollox.
