You will have to remove those first. Warm the seal with a hairdryer to soften it. After they are loose you can remove the windows like a normal shield (rubber, frame, glass as one unit). I once removed the seal from the alu frame but I can't remember how the glas was fixed to it. My guess is that it was clamped.
