It's like Chris Columbus just says to Dan, "Hey Danny, it is a Friday, a working day, the day we need to get this important scheduled scene filmed, and you are being paid hundreds of thousands of pounds for working for us. So why don't you take some time off with Rupert, you guys can actually read all your fan mail and pay surprise visits to people you hardly know! People you met 4 years ago in local McDonalds outlets! Have fun while we sit here and think about the time we are wasting in our busy schedule! Cheers Dan ..."

Or, let's assume Dan has just met this Dee girl, and suddenly Alex, Rupert etc. all know her like an old friend ... I mean, she cannot think she is believable. And I know for a fact that if Alex did come on here, he might write a message like the one he did, but he would never refer to a message / rumour about Dan and then proceed to discuss it in public (as he did in his postscript). If he knows Dee / Di so well, he would have emailed her, and not made it public ... I do not think that guy was Alex, that post came from no friend of Dan's!
