Subject: Perfection...

The 3 Doors Down album is perfection. You don't know how much a band means to you until you haven't got anyone else to turn to, and then you put your stereo up as far as it goes and hear someone who thinks like you on there. "Loser," is a prime example... when you feel like shit, and you literally have no one left to talk to cos they don't think so much of you anymore (at least in my case its like that) they're saying everything you want to scream at them. "Be Like That" might be my favorite song on the album, because it also seems to say what I'm thinking a lot. It's about a person who wants something so bad that its killing them inside. I love them, my mom is the one who got me started on them, and I can see why she got into them so much. It just bothers me when people like a band because its "the cool thing to do" Rock and roll is dying fast, but these guys are keeping it alive. I hope they don't ever change. I used to be in love with the counting crows because they had a sort of desperate sound to them, and i sort of like that about these guys, because they're great to listen to, and you can hear so much in them... I'm not so much in love with the counting crows now, because they lost that. They turned sort of more cheery, but still try to have that sound, and it doesnt work. 3 Doors Down are great... I probably sound nutzo in here hehehe ;) but I'm not... Just having a rough time, and using a good bunch of music to try to get me outta it.
