Subject: Follows Jen in Author: Flame & The Caller & ???? [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 03:41:22 12/16/01 Sun After being out into stalls,The Caller settles down to sleep but the mare Flame stays awake swet has broken out on her coat and she was know drenched with swet.She paces up and down her stall restlessly getting up and down fianally she lays down and does not arise,her foal had chosen midnight to be born and it was coming right know.She lets out a low nicker calling for her mate. The stallions jerks awake from the noise and replies he shuffles to the window that is between the stalls his eye's widen as he see's no one there he rushes around to her stall barging her stall door open and relaxes as he see's her lying down knowing that their foal was about to come he rushes into the isle and lets out a shrill whinny for Jen or someone.Then he hurrys back in. The mare winces in pain and small hooves and a nose appear,the birth appears to be going well and soon their is a new arrival in the stall called The Caller Of Fire. It slept silently and Jenifer hugged the mare, and told her that she was sorry for not being out here. "I'm sorry girl!" she says soothingly, and runs back to her house. a few minutes later she comes back with an apple for Flame and Caller. "You ok?" she asks Caller, and touches the foals neck softly. She fills up Caller's water buckets and asks, "Are you guys hungry?"...

They little fillies eye's flicker open and she struggles to her feat she to was hungry.After suckling from her mum she looks at Jen and lets out a VERY foalish nicker and walks over,not being very tall just small and fine a present some would say she is good and she knows she's good,it is hard for her to reach the stall door so stretching her neck out to it's full extent she nudges Jen.

Don't get attached, your owner will come sooner or later. Watches the horse's eat, but gives more attention to the filly standing next to her.

And then she runs around as fast as she can in the little stall wanting to allop fully she nickers to Jen asking if when her parents had finnished eating if they could go for a run in the paddock.

But, since she isn't here, you can go out there with your parents whenever! Pats her and says bye, then slips out the stall to check on the other horses.
