Kenneth, I was with the Americal Division 196th D company 2/1 Inf. My fire base was Hawk Hill. I'am in search of information to possibly the same insodent you describe. A double propelled chopper was shot down by machine gun fire while landing at Quan Tri. I believe 30 Men Died. If this is the same information you are looking for please let me know. I will tell you what I can and maybe you could help me also, for my memory is not to good. Thanks Bill
