Al Saadi, Iraqis top scientific adviser in charge of developing, testing and producing nuclear, chemical and biological weapons says Iraq has no weapons of mass destruction. Furthermore, no confirmed discoveries have been made of chemical or biological weapons. Previous reports of chemical or biological weapons have turned out to be false.
