Trying to trace any information on Emma Rowbotham
marriage certificate reads as follows

23rd November 1856 ?? Parish church in the parish of Manchester
Joseph Acarnley age 20 bachelor trade (unable to read clearly) residence 43 Tourlinson?? Street Hulme father John Acarnley trade tinplate worker
Emma Rowbotham age 22 spinster residence 125 Gt. Jackson Street, Hulme father John Rowbotham trade overlooker

Could it be HULME Parish Church.
Have you tried looking in the Parish records for St Thomas's Ardwick Manchester.
Emma Rowbotham was baptised there on 22/6/1834 to parents John and Elizabeth.
