Subject: Re:William Rowbottom born Manchester

Hi, Geoff many thanks for your help.I have looked on the 1881 census but have had no luck. The William Henry with a son William, born 1871 was alive on the 1901 census, so I had to rule him out.William Rowbotham son of Henry Rowbotham from Foster Street was born 1876.Also the occupation did not fit.Henry was a Dock Labourer.I will keep trying! Thank you Geoff and yes, I will have to be more flexible.Regards Joan.
Anymore suggestions most welcome.
