|+| He smiled and sniffed the air, his nostrils flared and he shivered still smiling. He heard her stomach growl and with much work his throughts shifted to bringing her food. He trotted into his bone yard, digging up all the holes and in the last one finding a large half of a doe. He dragged it over, keeping a close eye on Buck but making no moves to attack him. He sighed and dropped the half in front of Clio.. she would eat first. Karnak wasn't really hugry in the first place. He had other things on his mind, Clio first and foremost but there was the issue of more pups and when Buck woke up, establishing that Karnak was dominant|+|

- He walked over to a small creeks and waded in, the brambles falling out and his fur straightening to the normal glossy self. He stopped crying and lay down, his nostrils at the moment to plugged to smell anything, despite his mothers already strong scent. He closed his eyes, and fell into a deep sleep, the vision of his siblings death in the back of his mind replaced by his mothers figure. -

- He woke up, his nostirls cleared, his eyes once again shot open and he thought there was a new wolf at the border. But no wolf's scent had ever made him feel like this before. He stood up, following his nose he came closer to his mother. He sniffed again, reassuring him that the scent was coming from his mother. But she didn't smell like she used too it was a lot different but this could be a different wolf. He wagged his tail and barked to he wolf, he was assuming he had never met in greeting -

|+| He saw his son near Clio from where he was lying a few feet away. He started bristiling and raised his lips slightly, revealing the tips of his glittering ivory teeth. He stood up, tail high showing he was dominant here and to stand back from Clio. He stepped foreward, ears laying flat against his head |+|
