The child of Akria sat in the shadows. He was no longer a puppy, and was old enough to be left alone at will. Yet no akward teenager wolf was this. Keso had the scruffy look of a teen animal, yet his speech and actions were graceful as an adult. He had never been around other pups, save the short time he was in FrostFur's care. Therefore he had always been very mature for his age, and had seen things pups should never have to see. Yet his soul was pure, and he strongly resembled his father in both appearance and speech.

Now he sat and listened to the females talk. He had not been trying to evesdrop, yet he had heard his father's name and paused to listen. He knew his father was with Darkness, and he was to have halff-siblings soon. The thought was very curious to him. What would that be like? He listened to Elena's words, and wondered if he should made his presance be known, or if the woflesses would be angry that he had heard their conversation.
