we the phubans insist that our club be based on certain rules, principles, and values that we hold dear. Firstly, we won't take horseshit from anyone. secondly, one phuban in trouble will be aided by the other phubans, no matter the trouble be bullies, extortion, homework, money, or emotional problems. thricely, absolutely no phuban may harbour any actual hatred, bigotry, or prejudice against any one group of people. We also HIGHLY disreccomend the use of the word "gay" as a derogatory term, although unless the person who says it actually means "gay", and hasn't just gotten used the word in their vocabulary, we can't banish.

a phuban has right to say anything they say, but if it is taken to offense, the other phubans will vote on his/her banishment.

all phuban sites, sports, and ideas can be publicly used with no retribution.

although there will be no phuban treasury, there will be requests for moneyto buy things such as webcams, for all phubans. if you have money, it is not required, but share the wealth, man.

as opposed to the original ranking system, people are equal.

it's aliving document, so add, subtract, and modify.
