.....Damn shame.
Selling my 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 SportsCoupe, with FACTORY AIR. Runs, however, needs engine work-Not driveable as now. 2-Tone, white/black. Brand new aquamarine interior, some rust, (Not major-Great looking car for someone looking for an affordable classic!) Great candidate for further resto, Thunderbolt Clone. 260-V-8. M/B, M/W. Alpine AM-FM-CD Changer-Original radio in place, works, but won't tune. Drove until last year, when engine began to 'bang.' Doesn't smoke, but the 'bang' scares me! No time (Graduate student) and no money to fix! Will start fine-"Bang Bang Bang Bang......!" Florida car-In process of re-titling (I lost the original, and I'm having a new one re-assigned.) For the price, none nicer-If you know what you're doing, then you've got one HELL of a nice car....Please, from past experience: NO, IT'S NOT CONCOURS-AT THIS PRICE, DON'T EXPECT IT TO BE! NO CHEAP-CHARLIES, EITHER!! THERE'S SOME, NOT MUCH ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION. RESTORED, THIS CAR IS WORTH MUCH MORE, AND WILL NOT TAKE MUCH TO DO, IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DO IT!! Call it a 'good restoration candidate.' Solid, rust is only outside cosmetic in a few areas. I can provide pictures. SERIOUS INTEREST ONLY! $2,500.00
