Subject: IXM TwinTurbo128 and Quicktime

I´m about to get one of these TT128 cards and after reading about it in accel8yourmac.com I´m not sure
of the cards capabilities with Quicktime. In the spec of the card it says accelerates quicktime but in test, full screen they mension frames/sec only between 3-6.
That can not be usable. Can someone confirm or defete. Any more info on which codeks work, cinepak, motion jpg etc or not work would me nice.
By full screen i´m using millions/1280/17 inch
