I have roughly the same problem. On my 7500 W / sonnet G3 450 card & OS 9.1. I did get the control panel for rev. 3.8 to load but it wont open. I tried putting the 200 mhz 604e card back in just to see if it was the card or the software.nada. I have 2 internal drives & 2 external. So I tried loading it & restarting off the external drive which has OS 8.6. Same deal. NADA. Anyone offer any help? I acquired the TT128 via a friend. It was working in his 8500 W / 8.5.
