Subject: Not sure what I bought

I bought a used ixMicro PCI Video card on eBay. It was advertised as a ixMicro Apple/Mac TV Out Video PCI Card. The auction link is here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2795004634&category=25449&sspagename=STRK%3AMEBWA%3AIT&rd=1

What I thought I was getting was a video card that would let me display the desktop on a TV. The card has absolutely no marking for model # of any kind. It does have ixMicro stenciled on the circuit board. The connectors are:
1 Mac 15 pin video connector
1 RCA female
1 S-Video, looks like S-Video out to me.
the card has a small daughter card to which the RCA connector and the S-Video port are connected.

If this were the ixTV tuner card, it would require a coax input for cable/antenna, right?

My B&W Mac G3 sees it in a PCI slot, and IDs it as:
Display Card
Card Type: IMS-TT3R1
Card Model: IMS3R1
Card Rom# Not Available
Card Revision 1
Card Vendor ID IOEO

What did I buy?
If it will do what I hope: output the desktop as composite video, what driver should I use?
