I just couldn't leave the drivers alone...
I reinstalled the 4.0.6 Twin Turbo driver and when I rebooted I got the old "Bus error" message "Address error" and also a new error "Apple monitor plugins", So I thought...Well..Hey I don't have an Apple monitor, I'm using a KDS monitor with a Mac to PC adapter.
I deleted the ixmircro drivers from my system after a reboot with the extentions off and then removed the apple monitor plugins from the system and now the computer reboots without an error and I can even reboot in a different resolution.
There is also the possibility that the ixmircro drivers somehow damage the apple monitor plugins when the drivers are installed, That would explain the bus errors after the software is installed. (There were no errors with the apple monitor plugins installed without the driver until after the drivers were installed the first time).
It is an interesting challange owning a Mac.
Have fun and fiddle with your Mac as often as you can.
P.S. I found that I had to reistall the monitor software from my 9.1 CD to get a fresh "Apple monitor plugins" without the errors at start up.

Cheers!
