  How is everyone?
  
  Finally got off my butt and typing my contribution to this board. (Yes Bernard, you can stop hounding me now) :P
  
  Was in LHR a couple of days ago, and met Mag there. I tell you it's great to see a familiar face on a continent so far from home. Although blur case me, actually looked at the wrong crew list (SAA-South African Airlines), thought Mag was at the Thistle Kensington Hotel instead of the Copthorne Tara one, where I was staying. So, nice old me thought, ok I'll walk there and say HI. Walked there, didn't see her name on the list!! grr...but instead say Jen Ann's one. Bo kam uan, die die have to see some one I know. So, went up to her room at like 12am, knocked on her door and woke her up. hehe....sorry Jen Ann :)
  
  Anyway, at 2.30am Mag called me and I found out she was in the same hotel as me. Yes, I know, blur case. :P Oh, there are more blur case stories involving me. pahse pahse
  
  Touched down from LHR, met Siow Hui and Jac Choo at T2. So good to see the two of you!!! Talked and talked, so hard to part...ok, I'm very chiong hey. :P
  
  Got called up for HKG night stop tom. First time get to stay there! Very excited!
  
  To the rest of you, pls keep in touch. I do miss our STC days. Oh yeah, saw batch 709 Grad CD. Very nicely done. Ours should be arriving shortly. Will keep all informed when it arrives. :)

  jen & rhonda, heard fr Jennifer Ang, tat u 2 & alvin gottna zap by ur team huh 4 not joinin them when u 3 r doin SQ2 isit! talkin abt tis, if u r in the gd team then gd 4 u but if u r in the wrong team then pray hard tat u dun learn the bad things..... for my team, nearly all of them r drinker, smoker and gambler....sian mah....mi & jennifer ang never join them when we r night stoppin at outstation till one day, we decided to cos i am leavin the team soon so we decided to have a chat b4 i leave tis team. guess wat, both of us were forced to DRINK...we finished 3.5litres of red wine and 1 bottle of brandy.....since both of us dun drink guess definitly we could not hold our liquor but luckily, maybe i was quite gd in it thus i didnt get drunk but only feel dizzy, however, jennifer ang was real DRUNK till i need to carry her to her room! so luckily, i am leavin the team soon but i am still very wori for jennifer and i advice her not to join them when night stoppin, however, i heard fr other stewardess tat it's best to join ur teammate when nite stop so i was in dilemma, could u guys and gals give me some advices on hw to help jennifer!

  all my darlins n dearies,
  i flew with jac a few days ago n she told me tat we hav 11 days of annual leave to be cleared by next year mar 2002. dun waste it ya? unless those hard core one, die die wan to make $$, then can go ahead n "have a good flight" n "thxs for the flight" for tat 11 days. if not, plan the date u wana go on leave n apply soon.
  to make thngs easier, i've copied n paste the notice for u guys to read:
  
  [REMINDER TO CLEAR YEAR 2001 ANNUAL LEAVE]
  
  [We would like to remind all crew who have balance leave from year 2001 to clear them before 31 Dec 2001. All balance leave from year 2001 will lapse after 31 Dec 01 unless prior permission has been granted for the leave to be deferred. However, for the IFS and CS/S ranks and new crew who started flying this year, balance leave from year 2001 may be cleared by 31 Mar 02.
  
  Crew who wish to take leave in December but have cleared all their annual leave may apply for no-pay leave. There is still limited quota available for no pay leave for the period up to 19 Dec 01 including the Hari Raya period. No pay leave applications for the period after 20 Dec 01 to 2 Jan 02 should be submitted to Control Centre around 15 Dec 01 and will be granted depending on whether any more crew could be released for leave.]

  Well me very sian leh...can't imagine right? Hahaa...it's quite fun to fly once awhile but after being off from duties for quite awhile, I think many of us prefer to shop and laze at home. For instance Rhonda the tortise...and shopping queens..like Jen, Mag and Sermann. Me turning into one as well. Got called up finally to be on ER ...before I decide to leave this place fortunately. Is it tough that plane? Forgotten about the plane's configuration and functions actually...but who cares!!? Take care everyone...
