I feel I need to explain this story and it’s birth before I let ya’ll read it. A short time after finishing “Heat Wave” I went to the movies with my mother, we went to see Robin Williams in “What Dreams May Come” which is a visually beautiful and moving film.

After the film I went immediately to my computer and wrote the following story. Because of the visual nature of the movie I had just watched, the story I wrote was very (at least to me) visual… I wrote it as if it were a play or episode I was going to watch play out infront of me.

To help you along with what I see when I read this piece… Michael is talking to a voice… in a dark lonely space… he’s confused, alone and not entirely aware of what’s going on. The voice tries to guide him, but never actually tells him what’s going on. The guide allows Michael peeks into the life he once lived.. to try and give him peace so that he can leave the limbo he’s trapped in and move on to other more peaceful places.

This is a story of … emotion.. more than words…

Anyway… Now that I’ve erased the need for you to actually read the story… : )

Disclaimer: Michael and Nikta and all their co-horts are not mine.. I abducted them in a wild intoxicated night of adult beverage intake. I will of course send them back where they belong in due time. I might, however, keep Michael a wee bit longer… The following does not contain sex.. nor much in the way of violence. Better luck next time. Thank you, please drive thru.
