In reply to: Cynaera 's message, "Shameless plug! Chris Heyn has posted his fan fiction, after all this time! Okay - he explains it, too.. (r)" on 21:21:33 12/28/01 Fri

...he's put his neck on the block here. He had approval from many sources to do the book, and even then, he had to sacrifice a lot of what he would have liked to include in the forthcoming book. This guy's a slave to Warner Brothers, but he's fighting it as best he can.

My admiration goes to him - he's bucking the system legally, and giving the fans what they want by getting his book published. I'm not loyal to him, but I do know a lot about what he's doing and what it's costing him to do it. So - if you haven't already ordered a copy of his book, I urge you to do so. It promises to be the perfect accompaniment to the DVDs that Warner Brothers is approving (and let me go on record to say that I really HATE it that they're going through Columbia House for the editing and distribution!)

Shutting up now.
