thats a pretty good point but, with the portable mp3 players at the moment the biggest one's only got 62mb of memory in it and if you want c.d quality soung then you need 360khz, and that, for a 3 min song is 5.9mb according to my rancid one. plus the music industry is cacking it's pants at the moment about mp3s (as shown by metallica on napstar) and will probobly write up some new law about copywrite infringement.
oh yeah, don't use napstar, its really easy for the users to hack into your computer from it.
