Guinevere's Chambers
After prowling the shadow-filled halls for hours on end, one may stumble across the chambers of Guinevere. Hidden deep in the shadows is an odd panel. The panel would look much like any other, but it has a small dragon carved onto it. Below the dragon is a carving of a dagger, and wedged between the two lies the carved name of "Guinevere." Those designs are visible only by very close inspection or a finger-touch...
The door opens silently at a touch, and inside is a well-lit chamber. The walls are paneled like the door, many containing intricate carvings. The corners of many panels have small triangles drawn into them with a knife, perhaps part of the pattern. The room contained a small bed and a few chests, a simple affair. Nothing of value could be found there... Was there a hidden secret here? For as Queen, she must have more extravagant belongings, yes? Well few know and even less find out where the chamber's secrets lie...
If one was lucky they may discover the woman herself carving more designs into the panels or merely lounging. On occasion they might find her leaving... Or even they might be confronted by the woman herself attempting to enter her chambers... Those people are greeted with these words:
"Welcome to the chambers of Guinevere. What is your business here?"
And she would stare at them, mostly unblinking, until they revealed their intent for snooping around her rooms... Will you?
