由于四人說的全是謊話,所以正確的情況是:
(1).犯人就在四人之中.
(2).A離開李強家時李強已經死了.
(3).B不是第二個去李強家的人.
(4).B到李強家時李強還活著.
(5).C不是去李強的第三個人.
(6).C離開李強家時李強已經死了.
(7).犯人到李強家的時間比D晚.
(8).D到李強家時李強還活著.

由(2),(4),(6),(8)條知,B,D到李強家在先,A,C在後,
由(3),(5)可知,他們到李強家的順序由先到後依次是B,D,A,C.
這樣,由(1),(2),(8)條可知,犯人不是D便是A,
但(7)告訴我們犯人比D去李強家的時間要晚,
因而犯人應是A.
