為令大家準備應付會考,一糾"夜睏午起"既歪風,
建康大爺現正舉行此跑步計劃,
既能一糾歪風之餘,又能Keep Fit!
有同伴 點都好過無同伴,
一個人做運動好易會放棄ga,
而家咁難得~!緊係要參加啦~!
又可以比想改"夜睏午起"好耐既5D朋友們,
藉此一改陋習,實在獲益良多,
廢話不再多說,詳情如下:

在下個禮拜 一、三、五;
早上 8:30am 太和麥當奴集合;
目標是海賓公園;

註:不論人多或少,計劃依期進行;
