首先,如果全部學生也只修一科,雖然能使學生專於一項技能,卻容易令學生眼光流於狹隘,只知自己修的科目,其他知識是以事不關己,己不勞心的態度對待!就如一個擁有數學博士名銜的人,卻不懂簡單中文輸入,那是何等諷刺的事呢?
而且一開始要選定一科,那不就等於做一個關乎終身的決定?讀了一個年頭,才發覺自己沒興趣,縱使能轉科,那一年時間終究也浪費了!
最後,勢利的香港人只會選些將來能賺錢的學科修讀,那什麼醫系,法律系出身的人只怕'人才濟濟',其他如關乎藝術的學科卻無人問津~~
