"This was the briefing that I took from one of the central commanders [in the West Bank]," Netanyahu told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes." "I don't know, frankly - because I inquired as well - whether it was a 10-year-old, a 14-year-old or a 13-year-old," he said. "It was a youngster, a Palestinian youngster strapped with explosives [who was] dispatched forward. And yes, that's what caused the casualties." The Israeli soldiers were killed as they were withdrawing from Palestinian-occupied territories at the request of the U.S. Netanyahu said he wouldn't be surprised if 10-year-old Palestinians were being recruited as suicide bombers, "since Yasser Arafat has suicide kindergarten camps with 3-year-olds."
