I am very protective of my children also. If we aren't who will be. A little appropriate guidance up front pays off. Erin (18) my oldest is now a Jr. in college (3.65 GPA). She doesn't go out and party with her friends. Still has not had sex, doesn't do drugs or alcohol. She works, studies, works and occasionally models (5'8", 105 lbs, blonde/blue). Yes, I am a proud daddy! Bottom line, she got there because I spent the time up front with her. Goes to show that your hard work will pay off.
