[pride could only slow as Cigar's weight pulled him back. tossing the sculpted head, silken tail lashed across taut hind 'quarters. the coal black, rageful eyes darted to the horse and rider beside him, seeing them - but not really seeing who they were. tossing up powerful haunches, he gave a quick buck. petite ears were laced tightly to the refined skull, dark eyes rolling. the madness had taken him over again and there was nothing he or anyone else could do about. whiskery nose snaked out, ivories snapping at the air, at nothing, but he thought there was something there. slender legs danced beneath the chestnut bronc, madness. . .craziness. he had it all. the rolling eyes darted to Pronounced and his rider, blood lust and rage sparking in his eyes, he wanted to kill the little colt. with a powerful thrust of his hind 'quarters he lunged forward. . .]
