"Yes you may build a house. The only thing is you may not build your own private barn. Two houses have barns but I wasn't owner when that happened you must board at the main barn. If the barn becomes to small I'll put a second up. Your house though maybe as large as you like as long as it is not trailor trash kind of stuff. This is a nice clean neighborhood/barn." he smiles.
