Golden mare gaits up to the two, nuzzling both in greeting. She shudders nevously, pressing herself against Fate, worried eyes darting fearfully in the dense bush. A grey stallion could be lurking there...

A Mopoke screeched loudly, wings flapping wildly as it rose from the scrub. A snort of terror escaped her and her eyes flashed white. She balked, quarters holding her weight, front hooves almost leaving the ground.

Shivering, she nuzzled Yuluwirri, pressed even closer to Fate, seeking comfort and reassurance.
