As far as I know, since the UGC (教資會) has only approved
the budget of hostel for full-time degree, it is hard for
PolyU to offer place to HD students.

However, HD students can apply places committed by wardens.
There should be arround 10% places controlled by wardens.
These places are shared by HD students, disabled and other
students in some special cases.
