I'm certainly glad this happened BEFORE we got into the campaign. Anyone else have the wrong impression about Faalor? I'll try my best to set you right. If I'm unable, then I'd appreciate knowing now.

Here's the scoop. Players are actively encouraged to help. There's a long list of things players can do, if they are willing. I think the record on that is fairly clear. My plan is to let players run their own adventures (i.e. make thier own maps, NPCs, ect.) AFTER we get into the campaign, but even then I'd want to talk things over. (If that doesn't work with you're time schedule, I'm certainly sorry but it can't be any other way.) My default expectation is for players to show up with a well-thought-out character and play to their best ability. After that, everything else is icing on the cake. I can't say how much I appreciate your technical know-how and inititive in getting things going. There's quite a lot that you've been doing that is very helpful and extremely appreciated, but, once again, there are limits. And, like in QVI, the buck stops with me. I think it's fairly reasonable request to make to NOT have you create areas and run stories IC when I'd prefer that you didn't; there's still a hunderd other things you can do.
