Look what I found on NWVault!

I tried it out and it works fine. The cloak is a little stiff but it's not that noticable.
The only moment I saw animation flaws was when I cast a spell with which my character threw his hands up. The cloak went right through my legs.

The bad part of it is that you need to have a module with the hakpak enabled to play it. So it's probably only going to be used in larger campaigns.
