Archicad o Vn hien gio da so dung la version 6.5. Moi Thay co mot so it o Saigon dung version 7 moi hon. Phien Ban Archicad 8 moi duoc tung nhung van chua khac phuc duoc khuyet diem Nurb. Co cai hay nhat la Boolean Geometry. Truoc day phien ban 7 khong co, chi lam san rat so sai. Con Autocad 14 thi tuong doi la cu hon so voi Version 7 cua ArchiCad. Neu so sanh thi nen nghi toi Autocad 2002 hay la Architectural Desktop version 3.3 co le thuc te hon. Neu so sanh thi bo ra mot ngay phan tich cua khong du. Cung mot thoi gian khong cach gi Autocad 2002 ve nhanh bang Archicad 7, ly do la Autocad 2002 van con tong quat cac tinh nang ve KT va ks. Tuy nhien nhung ai co dung qua 2 cai nay thi cung da biet, Autocad 2000 rat da dang trong cac cong viec tu KT cho toi qui hoach, tu chi tiet may moc cho toi chi so kich thuoc ket cau. Archicad chi phat huy toi da uu diem cua no trong linh vuc KT ma thoi. Chua ke neu noi dung archicad de dung mo hinh huu co (Nurb)thi khong cach gi lam duoc. Hay khoan noi cai nay khong su dung trong kt nha, cac kieu kt uon luon cua kts Frank Gahry dang la mot thoi trang kt bay gio.

Nhu vay chua han la dung, do chi la nhan xet cua moi ca nhan dai dien. VD moi day thang Cuti thay nguoi ta cham diem Archicad 7 la 5 ngoi sao (hang nhat), trong khi Revit 4.5 thi lai bi xep duoi mot bat. Co dem chuyen nay di hoi may su phu cao thu ve CAD thi da so lai cham nguoc lai.

. Thay nhung congty lon ve software cua Vietnam nhu Vietcad chang han cung chi lam dai dien cho Congty Autodesk khong thay Archicad. Thuc ra congty me cua Archicad la Graphicsoft co xac nhan la, co chuyen giao ban quyen Archicad cho cac vien dai hoc kt va xd o phia Bac Viet nam tu vai nam truoc. Nhung ma ong ban oi, co thuc su la ong ban muon mua no hong dzay? Gia chinh thuc thi ....tren duoi 10 cay vang, ca doi tia tui di cay ruong cung hong chac gi mua noi ...he..he..he...
